Pre-orders will typically stay open a week to two weeks. After that time frame we will close the item(s) out for order and order the product. This can take 1-3 weeks shipping time, all orders will be processed within two business days of receiving the item
We do not do refunds on pre-order items, however you can exchange the item or return for a store credit! If your size is out of stock when we order items, we will return the amount purchased in full back to you immediately.
Once we receive items, all products will be moved from the product page to a collection page to negate confusion.
